We currently have an opportunity for a Test Engineer/Customer Support in our Rockville, MD office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Test Plans and Test Procedures and conduct independent testing of a wireless mesh network and its components. 
• Analyze issues raised by customer by re-creating the issue and writing bug reports. The system includes Access Points, wireless clients, security server and Network Management software.
• Provide customer support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSEE/BSCE, 3+ years experience with an emphasis in testing LAN/wireless networks or similar systems.
• Capable of understanding requirements, coming up with test plans and test procedures based on the requirements.
• Attend and contribute in requirements reviews.
• Capable of writing test automated test scripts a plus.
• Good writing skills.
