MO80-4XX Scrambler
The MO80-4XX is available in four levels of security: 400, 416, 430 and 460. A digital encryption MO80 module is also now available.
The MO80 features a custom form factor to fit Motorola Professional Series portable and mobile radios. The MO80 scrambler can be configured to work in various styles of the radio series (also known as Waris) to allow for the best range of features and applications.
The MO80 is easy to install, requires very low power to operate and offers outstanding voice quality. The Over-the-Air Reprogramming (OTAR) feature enables ANI codes and system controls to be changed while the radio is in the field. The Automatic Receive feature allows for automatic detection of both clear and coded communication modes for 416, 430 and 460 series models. The Disable Radio Function can make the radio unable to receive or transmit messages, preventing breaches in communications security. In addition, the MO80 does not affect the use of a system's sub-audible signaling options, such as transparent operation through repeaters.
